Do you accept credit cards?
Yes: VISA, Mastercard, JCB and AMEX. We also accept Japanese IC transit cards and QR code payments.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Our front desk staff speak English, and the guest information and dinner menu are available in English.
What is your cancellation policy?
30% of the room rate the day before, and 100% on the day or for no-shows. Bookings made through a booking site follow that site's policy.
Can I stay with children?
Yes. Infants sharing a bed with an adult stay free. Elementary school children pay 70% of the adult rate and get the children's menu.
I have tattoos. Can I use the baths?
Guests with tattoos cannot use the shared baths, but you are welcome to use the private bath at any time.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi throughout the inn. Mobile signal by the lake can be weak depending on your carrier.
What if I can't arrive in time for dinner?
The last dinner seating starts at 19:00. If you will be later, please call us. We may be able to prepare a light meal.
How do I get to the Oirase Gorge from the inn?
Take the bus from Yasumiya toward Yakeyama and get off where you want to start walking. We will give you a timetable and walking map at the front desk.
